To Reserve:
A 50% deposit is required to
secure the house within 7 days of booking, with the balance due
45 days prior to your rental check-in date.
A refundable damage/cleaning deposit
of $400.00 is required with the final payment and will be
refunded within 14 days of your departure, after inspection of
the house for damage or breakage of items.
We accept e-mail transfer payment
(in Canada), cashier's cheques, money orders or bank drafts for
the initial deposit. The final payment must be made by e-mail
transfer payment (in Canada), cashier's cheque, money order,
bank draft or bank wire transfer--please inquiry about details.
We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.
The occupancy of Sunset Retreat
is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation.
Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental
agreement and a penalty of $100.00 per extra person per night
will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.
All rates are subject to change
without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted
rate once the initial deposit has been received.
CHECK-IN time is 4:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT time is 10:00 A.M.
PLEASE NOTE:
As Sunset Retreat is non-smoking home, we invite to you smoke
outside or on the patio only, please. We are sorry, but pets
are not allowed.
